Most employees never finished their full orders. What was consumed today was average at best. One employee ordered a 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup - instead she got a FULL sandwich and soup but the disappointment was the other employee ordered a full sandwich “another type of meat” and wanted no soup.
Do you know salads all look alike?! With an order that size - please identify properly! We do have vegetarians in our practice /guessing is not an option.
When we called the order in, the restaurant’s phone girl kept cutting our receptionist off short asking things like “What dressing?” Before our receptionist could complete the description of each order, quite annoying. Some days in Cranberry it could be 12 people. Today at our McCandless office we had 6 employees and 2 doctors dining with us for lunch. We have two office locations - Cranberry and McCandless Twp. Some provide rather small servings of the toppings compared with others.I work for a Doctor’s office and we thought it would be a great idea to go healthy and order from this establishment. With a few exceptions, most of the servers are friendly and efficient. I have also tried the excellent caprese sandwich (french roll, mozzarella, basil, tomato, balsamic drizzle) and the tomato soup (very good).
